PHOTO: Tinubu In Port Harcourt Ahead Of Project Commission.

 Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the President-elect, has arrived in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers state, for the commissioning of projects executed by Governor Nyesom Wike. Tinubu arrived at the Port Harcourt International Airport on Wednesday morning and was received by the Governor and his entourage.

 Members of the National and State Assemblies, local government chairmen, and government appointees also accompanied Wike. 

Supporters of the Governor were present at the airport to welcome Tinubu, who was allowed into the tarmac area under strict security control. Later in the evening, the state government is expected to host the President-elect at the state banquet.

 Governor Wike had declared Wednesday a public holiday in the state and urged residents to come out en masse to welcome Tinubu in a state broadcast on Tuesday.
